Windows 10: Transfer known networks from one copy of Windows 11 to another?

My laptop runs Windows 11 Professional 64-bit IP 26257.5000 and my parents laptop runs Windows 11 Professional 64-bit 23H2 10.0.22631.3958. I had to completely reinstall Windows on my parents laptop so any saved Wi-Fi networks were deleted. I have 14 known networks saved to my computer from various stays at hotels, and other resorts. We're leaving for a trip on Tuesday, and I was wondering if there was a way to copy this information from my computer to theirs?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Transfer Known Networks on Windows 10 Pro

How does one transfer known WiFi networks and passwords from one Win10 laptop to another Win10 laptop? I have about fifty "known networks" on my current Surface Pro 3 and want to transfer these known networks to my replacement Surface Pro 3. How is it
done?

Running Windows 10 Pro on both PCs.

If that update has wiped that list of known networks (it should not have wiped them), I am sorry, it will not be possible to automatically get that list back, that list is stored in the registry at the location below and that update must have cleaned out your
registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles

You will need to log back into each network to re-add that back to the list of known networks, sorry . . .

 

transfer files between computers on a home network

I don't know why this is so hard to do but I would like to transfer files between a desktop PC running windows 10 pro and a laptop running windows 10 home. I would like to transfer files in both directions. Both computers are on the same home network and are connected wirelessly.

Could some one provide either specific step by step instructions on how to do this (I googled and found a countless list of instructions that don't work)

or a link to a reference.

I don't know if this is possible but it would be nice to see the computer sending the desired file in the explorer file manager of the computer receiving the desired file and then under the computer see a list
of shared files and folders.

Again, this seems like such a reasonable way of sharing files and folders. Shouldn't there be a simple way to do this?
