Windows 10: Transfer License from a VM to a real PC

I have two VMs that were activated and licensed correctly for Windows 10 Pro. These VMs were used for remote access by employees that no longer work at the company. The company is no longer utilizing remote employees in any capacity. That said, we have two licenses that are currently installed on the two dormant virtual machines, and I'd like to move those to physical desktops. How can I reclaim them? I have the two keys still, but I don't know if it's as simple as installing a Windows 10 fresh on a PC and then installing one of those keys onto it. The one thing I see as an issue is that they are OEM keys. Since there isn't a physical motherboard, however, I'm not sure if that matters or not.

License Transfer Eligibility

I have (2) Windows 10 licenses, one for my PC (an actual key, upgraded from Windows 7) and another for my VirtualBox VM (a digital license). Due to performance issues with the VM, I converted it to QEMU. As expected, the license did not transfer over due
to the new "hardware" the system detected.

My overall goal is to get rid of the PC build and only run Windows in the QEMU VM. It will eventually have access to most of the real PC hardware via pass-through. Are any of my licenses eligible to transfer to the QEMU VM? I really don't want to spend another
$119 when the VirtualBox VM is basically in mothballs.

All Windows computers, rather real physical PC or Virtual Machine have a Unique ID and Signature. Once you converted VM to QEMU that ID/Signature changed.

Short Answer: License may not be transferred.

 

VM Licenses

I'm using a Dell PC with a factory installed OEM version of Windows 10 Pro.

My work requires me to use program editing software from many different vendors, these software titles often don't work well and can cause issue with the PC they are installed on. My thought is to isolate them by using VMs with the software for each vendor
installed on it's own VM - isolated from my Host and the other VMs I would use for other editors.

My new PC with Win10 OEM would be the host. Only 1 VM would be used on the host at a time but there would be as many as 10 different VMs I could run on the host.

Can I copy my host OS to the VM with my OEM license?

If I can't, and I need a new license for the VMs can I use 1 license for the multiple VMs?

Is there an upgrade from OEM to FPP ?
