Windows 10: Transfer progress between two xbox accounts

Hello,So a couple of months ago I decided to get Game Pass for PC. So I opened an xbox account with my existing Microsoft profile outlook adress. When opening my first game after subscribing, a message appeared saying that I need to create an account to play... Okay, done, account created. Fast forward to now, trying to download an EA Play game from EA desktop since it's included with Game Pass. Turns out my EA account is linked to a Microsoft account with a Outlook address it's an old account I created several years ago. And that my newly created Xbox account that I created I did so by

Xbox 360 Account transferring progress

1st i created a gmail account named : *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

It was 4-5 years ago.I played Xbox 360 and my progress was great! But i got a gamertag named :
Populisttuna054

I loved it,and from that time i created another gmail account named :
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

and since that time,i used that gamertag and gmail account in every use! Anything....

But In *** Email address is removed for privacy *** i couldnt get Populisttuna054 gamertag,cazz it was taken before in
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

So, i renamed gamertag to Populisttuna96,and the xbox gamertag to
WhoseverMocha96.

And because i have a great progress in WhoseverMocha96 account,now i want to transfer it
Populisttuna96 account which is in

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

is it possible??? Plz answer me...Plz i need help!

And is it possible to change my Populisttuna96 gamertag to
Populisttuna054 again???

I know i should post this question to XBOX website,but i could get that.I found how to chat live.I tried,but no solution.

So i went back to microsoft website,and posted this question here...Plz help me as soon as possible....
