Windows 10: Transfer Windows 10 Pro License from Old PC to current PC running Windows 10 Home

I have an old Dell Computer that I had upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7. I now want to transfer that Windows 10 Pro License to my current Desktop running Windows 10 Home.How can I do thatThanks

Transfer Windows 10 Pro License installed on one PC to a second PC currently running Windows 10 Home

I have one PC currently running Windows 10 Home, I wish to upgrade this to Windows 10 Pro using the license currently installed on another PC. Is it possible to transfer the Pro license from one PC to the PC currently running Windows 10 Home?

The interesting question is that: the upgrade takes place before 29 of July. If I upgrade the PC (change the MB), and I transfer the Win 8.1 license to this new PC (cause 8.1 is retail FPP), will I be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free? Or a upgrade license must be bought?

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
