    Cannot transfer files from Android to PC using Bluetooth


    Hello,
    I have my Windows 10 pc (upgrade from 8.1) and Samsung S4 Android 4.4.2 paired and I can transfer files from PC to Android, but I cannot do the reverse.

    I had 2 MAP SMS devices with question mark in the Device Manager, I manually identified them as MTP Device Enumerator, but it did not help!

    This Bluetooth file transfer issue was solvable in previous Windows by ensuring that Btmshellex is running well in the Startup list of the task manager. However, I cannot find Btmshellex, it seems to be missing in Windows 10.

    How can I transfer files from Android device to Windows 10 pc?

    Unable to transfer data from Android smartphone to Windows 10 PC over bluetooth

    I have two PAIRED Devices, and they have worked properly no problem, in the past, when transferring video files over Bluetooth from an Android smartphone to a Windows 10 PC. It seems, that if the video File is too large, BUT its ONLY 980.3 MB, the transfer
    'signal" just seems to 'get lost'....and annoyingly right up to where its 97% uploaded. The Bluetooth upload Green Bar on the PC just keeps transferring, saying: 'The file IS being received'..... all the while, the Android Phone has STOPPED sending the File,
    and doesn't even have a record of it...anywhere. It doesn't even have a 'transfer file FAILED' Log. What the Hell happened to it??

    Transfer File from Windows 11 OS Laptop to Android Smartphone.

    Good Day HilaryMathos,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you.

    Just connect your android smartphone in the computer, Once connected locate the files you want to transfer in the smart phone then presss CTRL + C to copy it.

    Go to to File Explorer, click on the smartphone that is connected and open it.

    Open the folder you want to save the files then paste it press CTRL + V to paste teh copied files.

    Once done, disconnect the phone in the computer and check if the files are transferred where you stored them in the android phone.
