Windows 10: Transfering Windows 10 Education Digital License

Long story short I need to do a fresh install of Windows to fix some corrupted part of my OS. I have a digital license for Windows 10 Education which I would like to keep, however, it is tied to my personal Microsoft account at least that is what is listed under My Info not my old school email account. So when I go to install I am blocked linking Microsoft account since a school email is expected. Can I get around this and preserve my license? If you are wondering why I cannot just Reset my system, the process as well as all updates fail due to aforementioned OS issues that couldn't be repai

a windows site suggests de-activating a device to transfer the -license' / key - to a new device. Is this true and possible in the case of --transfer digital license-- ???

I want to clean install the same edition but the same is not listed in the installation media tool.
