Windows 10: Transfering Windows 10 pro product key from old laptop to new laptop Windows 11 Home

Hi Microsoft Community,I purchased a new laptop months ago, which comes with windows 11 home pre-installed OEM and i have currently my old laptop I'm planning to sell or recycle it which has windows 10 pro, were i upgraded that from MS store, when i bought my old laptop it comes with Windows 10 home OEM and i upgraded to Win 10 pro via MS store, and that process was completely automatic and it then upgraded to windows 10 pro seems i didn't receive any windows 10 pro product key via mail, also checked the Microsoft account order history, i can find my purchase details but it didn't menti

Transfer Windows 11 Pro product key to new laptop

Hello,

My old laptop came with windows 11 home. I purchased windows 11 pro on the store, and got the digital copy. I didn't get a product key. This laptop has issues so Dell is giving me a replacement. I would like to now transfer the windows 11 pro to it. I've unlinked this laptop from my windows account, fiddled with the cmd on this one to remove the licence. I went to the new laptop, linked it to my microsoft account, and have tried to upgrade it to pro using the product key from the old one but nothing has happened.

Could anyone please give me some help?

I currently have an old laptop that is running Windows 10 Pro and is activated, I would like to no longer use this laptop and transfer this product key (digital license) to my new refurbished laptop that is also running Windows 10 Pro. I have tried to find
my product key (digital license) but cannot find anywhere. Please advise how I can obtain so I can activate my new (refurbished) laptop.

Hi! How can I transfer the Windows 10/11 Pro License from my old laptop to my new laptop?

I bought Windows 10/11 Pro from Microsoft Store on December 27 2017 for my old laptop. How does it work? How can I get this transfer to my new laptop? Can someone provide step by step? I was reading other comments online and I don't feel confidence with other people posts. So tell me, if I go to accounts.microsoft.com? I logged in as my Microsoft account. Should I click on Devices tab? I looked at my devices and saw my old laptop on the list. Should I click on Remove Device? Will it free up the license? And go on my new laptop and go to Microsoft Store and will it activate the license on my new laptop?
