Windows 10: Transfering Windows Home License from an old Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC.

Hi,I'm trying to transfer my windows digital license from my old Windows 10 PC to a newly built windows 11 PC.I've contacted supported several times and Of the times I manage to get through to them they keep telling me they will call me back, giving me ticket numbers, using quick assist, repeating the Troubleshoot step that isn't working etc... However, when the issue cannot be resolved, the ticket is just randomly closed and no one gets back to me.I've been stuck on this issue for about a week now and I don't know what to do. Windows 10 upgrade license

The interesting question is that: the upgrade takes place before 29 of July. If I upgrade the PC (change the MB), and I transfer the Win 8.1 license to this new PC (cause 8.1 is retail FPP), will I be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free? Or a upgrade license must be bought?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
