Windows 10: Transferring Contacts in Mail Gmail Accounts

My computer has Windows 10 Pro and I am using Microsoft Mail as an email clients.I have had a Gmail account for years, Lets call it *** Email address is removed for privacy *** My cell phone died and I did not keep my old phone number. When I tried to setup my new phone, I cannot access the A.GM.com account. Google requires 2 step authorization and I don't have access to the old phone number to receive a text.I setup a new gmail account, call it *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I can still receive the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** emails in Mail, since it has been setup for years. GUIDE:How to transfer contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Gmail

I'm sitting here in the office, its the end of the year in the school system, and several employees transferring to alternative counties. With this it brings loads of transferring contacts to take with them from their company phone. Well, this one in particular sparked a guide idea. So here it is, How to transfer Outlook contacts to your Gmail account.


Step 1: Sign in to your outlook account.
step 2 In the top left hand corner click File > Import/Export > Export to file > Browse to desired place to save your file > export. Be sure you export the file as .csv (comma separated values)
Step 3 Log into your Gmail account
Step 4 Select 'Contacts' In the subsection you will see a 'Import' button on the right-hand side. Click it.
Step 5 Browse to the location where you saved it > Open it > Click Import.



I would have provided pictures, but I use neither Outlook or Gmail. Hope someone somewhere gets some use from this. *Toast :toast:

Thank you for your suggestion, but I have attempted all searches. I am confident that there is no sync to Gmail or Live when data is added into Microsoft People.

I am asking how to get the data from Microsoft People.

I am trying to help a small community club. A member in charge of communication left suddenly and I am attempting to streamline emails and SMS for members.

Current set up.
Windows 10 Home 20H2
Gmail account accessed through Windows Mail app on the PC

When in the Mail app and at the bottom clicking on the People icon (two human figures), names of contact and email address is available. When clicking on individual contacts, the phone number is available.

When logging into Gmail online and then Google Contacts app, there are no contacts in the Contacts tab. There are all the contacts (I assume that they are all there, but there are many) in the Frequently Contacted tab. Name and email is noted but there is no phone number.
I have the option to add the Frequently Contacted to a Contact in Gmail. If that is done, the phone number is still not available.

I am trying to get a CSV or any other format of all the Contacts as shown in Microsoft People with name email and phone number. I can't find any export function from People. I also can find any DB or file in Microsoft APPDATA that is related to People app.

Logging into Microsoft Live account shows no contacts.

Any help on how I can get this list? There are hundreds of contacts and the only way I could find so far is to individually click on each contact and manually copy info.
