Windows 10: Transferring ONLY Windows 10 to a new hdd?

I’m looking to transfer windows 10 to a new hdd I just bought. I pulled a big dum dum and didn’t reinstall Windows when I upgraded all of my hardware, and my Steam games are stuck at their old fps. I have horrible internet and reinstalling my 900+ gigs would take forever and I don’t really want that. How can I transfer Windows to my other hdd so my computer can boot from it?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Transfer free Windows 10 Preview 10240 from HDD to a new SSD

I've acquired the free Windows 10 licence from Insider program. I don't have neither Windows 7 or 8 licence. System is installed on my spare and slow HDD.

• Can I transfer or reinstall Windows 10 on my main HDD or on a new SSD? Will the system activate properly after clone or reinstall?
  
• Where I can find the product key which were given to the preview members?
