Windows 10: Transferring photos from phone to PC via USB but the photos appear blurry/pixelated and...

I've been trying to transfer photos and videos from my phone to pc via USB.There's a total of 1299 files I am trying to transfer.When viewing the photos on PC inside the phone's folders the images appear pixelated/blurry. Also every time I open the photo there's a chance the image isn't even the one that I am trying to open however I look at the file name and it matches the one of the picture I want to open, NOT of the picture shown.Sometimes if I close and reopen the image a couple of times it will show the correct image but pixelated/blurry. And sometimes I get the next error: "Sorry, Phot

There are some photos in my iphone and I want to transfer them to my pc for editing.The problem is,none of these photos was taken by iphone so it's not easy to transfer.I have done it once before but this time it doesn't work out.I really don't know which step is wrong!Could u pls help me...

Did you try to reduce the resolution of the photos? I suggest to try to reduce the photos to max 800px (bigger side) 72dpi, sRGB, and see if something change, I beleve that if the resolution of the photo is to high and the pixel are a bit squeezed and you
view the picture blurry.
