Windows 10: Transition all computer to business account only or two log ins one for business and one...

I have a computer that I want to use as my work computer, and I do have a school/ business account. How do I either create to totally different log in, one for just business and one for personal or just use the business account only?* Moved from Community Center* OS not specified

Logging in with business account

I have recently bought a Microsoft 365 business account; I previously had a family account. When I start my computer it automatically logs me on to my old family account and I can't seem to switch user. I can access the apps logged in as my business account, but it looks like Windows running under my family account. I think it is causing synching issues? thx

 

VLSC Business Account unrecognised

Hello,

Having an issue with a newly-enrolled school with a VLSC account. The account should have Edu Pro licences that we need access to, but cannot sign in correctly with the provided business account.

I can't upload any screenshots because the upload fails for whatever reason.

The page received when trying to sign in says

"Thank you for registering.

The business email provided during registration is not affiliated with an Open Licence and/or Volume Licence Agreement"

The business email provided in a registration email and I've followed the steps to open that in a private browser with no other sign-ins to hinder it.
