Windows 10: Transition Effects in Windows Photos

Is there a way to apply transition effects-gradually blending one photo or video clip into the next-while creating a video using WIndows Photo? If so, how do I do so? I have checked the forums but so far I haven't found a solution. There is one advertisement that comes up that promotes a paid app in the MS Store but I do not want to pay for a feature that was included in Movie Maker.


Speaking of which, why-oh why-did MS decide to eliminate Movie Maker and replace it with this??!! Photos is not at ALL intuitive, has far fewer features, and in my opinion, the 'instructions' are absolutely not helpful. Developers-or anyone from MS who might be listening-at least give us the end user the ability to add back Movie Maker. Please.

N97's transition effects aren't as cool as 5800XM, why?

could someone please suggest me a theme which has the transition effect i mentioned previously? I've 25 themes installed now from
http://gallery.mobile9.com and none has the list slide-in transition. It'd be great if someone can post a direct download link for a theme which supports this transition effect on an N97. Cheers

 

Transition Effects on 5610 XpressMusic

I saw that Nokia 7210 Supernova and 6600 fold have the menu transition effects, and they're 40 series phones like my phone (5610), so is there any update for Nokia 5610 that includes the transition effects?

 

slideshow transition effect not working in win10


hi im having trouble with my background slide show. first there is no smooth transition when changing pictures and i've checked ease of access & system for the animation options. also it doesn't change all pictures at the same time i have 4 monitors and it only changes on 1 monitor and then next time it changing on another monitor like it's random but never on all at the same time.

tried all of the steps here to see that it is set to best appearance.
