Windows 10: Transition from WinPE to Windows without Reboot

I’m working with a system setup that includes two partitions: one for Windows and one for WinPE. My goal is to transition from the WinPE partition to the Windows partition without initiating a system reboot.I've attempted using the 'wpeutil reboot' command, but this results in a restart, which is not what I want. I am aware that Windows Updates can transition from WinPE to Windows without a restart, so it seems feasible.Is there a method or command that allows a seamless transition from WinPE to Windows without rebooting the system?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank

Windows 10 Start search no longer works

Many people are having this issue, and there's a lot of crazy suggestions out there. I've tried them all, and nothing worked until I did this:

• Delete the directory: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy [REBOOT]
• Run the following command from Powershell with Admin privileges: Add-AppxPackage -Register "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode [REBOOT]

For Step 1, you'll have to boot to a WinPE drive, or maybe Safe Mode because the directory will be locked. But, if you do these two steps in this order it will fix the problem.

N97's transition effects aren't as cool as 5800XM, why?

could someone please suggest me a theme which has the transition effect i mentioned previously? I've 25 themes installed now from
Free Downloads | mobile9 and none has the list slide-in transition. It'd be great if someone can post a direct download link for a theme which supports this transition effect on an N97. Cheers
