Windows 10: Translating speaking and writing into Turkish

Perhaps an odd question. I often use the dictionnary to translate from english to arabic or turkish. No problem at all as the translation is displayed in arabic writing. The only problem is that I cannot translate, or better write a word in arabic or turkish
and translate it into english as arabic/turkish letters are not available (or I cannot find how to use these alphabets). Somebody has a suggestion ?

 

Is there a translation error in proxy settings in Turkish?

In the manual proxy settings for Windows 10 there is a box to write some addresses. I noticed a picture of its English version on the Internet saying "Use the proxy server
except for addresses that start with the following entries."; however, the Turkish on my computer states the opposite "Aşağıdaki girişlerle başlayan adresler için ara sunucu kullanın." meaning
"Use the proxy server for
addresses that start with the following entries."

It seems to me that the function of the box corresponds with the English version. So is this a translation error?

hi, I bought a kindle whitepaper 4

There is a bing translator inside of it. But Ungortunately, there is no featuring English- Turkish language support. I tried to add a few times but I could not.

Meanwhile, I am using Bing translator in my pc and I am pretty content

with all capabilities both english and turkish. f you Can help me I would be so happy
