Windows 10: Transparent background black

Discus and support Transparent background black in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I've had this problem for sometime. Where my transparent background in my thumbnails are black.     Transparent background black


    I've had this problem for sometime. Where my transparent background in my thumbnails are black. With black lines it's almost impossible to even see what the pictures is.

    I have not trouble viewing them in photos

    Transparent PNG background becomes black

    After I installed Windows 10, my transparent PNG backgrounds in Photo Gallery gets black. First they are transparent, but when I close the Gallery and then opens it again, the pictures have a black background. Piece of ****....Can't it be fixed?!

    It helped! But when I hover over the PNG with transparent background, the background is still black. I can live with that, but if there is a way to remove it, then I would prefer that. The older PNG's I downloaded from the Internet with Windows 10, are still
    black, but I can remove that by using PaintNet, and just say save then it removes the black background.

    Hi, i have a png with transparent background. Can i use it as desktop wallpaper and use a solid color in the background so it can visible behind my image?. When i do it the png background appears in black color. Is there a way to make it transparent?.
