Windows 10: Transparent black border keeps showing up behind inactive windows in Window 11

Was using File Explorer last night and noticed this black border kept showing up anytime I selected a different window. Not sure what's causing this, but now it's showing up on every almost every window except whichever window I have active at that moment. Have tried restarting my PC and updating my GPU drivers already and the problem persisted. No error message or crashes to report System specs are belowGPU is a NVIDIA 2080 TI 11GB. Please let me know if this was the wrong system information to post, just going by the recommended details to add to ask better questions here

I guess not. *Sad Unless you were to maybe "make" the title bar white, instead of letting Windows do it? I mean if "making" mine grey and turning off transparency worked for me...

Ah well I hoped the no transparency would work. *Sad As for the title bars, yes I changed both the active and inactive to grey and dark grey. Set on white, they were burning a hole in my retina. *Smile
