    I've done all the recommended things listed. My box you can still use mouse & keyboard through it. even did a system recovery & its still there. I'm hoping i don't have to do a complete reinstall.

    Transparent windows in Linux?

    Ok, I've been looking at some screenshots of Linux, and somehow they manage to get transparent windows.
    I've been doing some research on Google, but didn't find anything on how to make my windows transparent!
    So, does anyone know how to make them transparent? (as in, being able to see the window behind another window, text "floating" above the desktop, etc)

    Wow looks very nice. Seems like the took the transparency a step further, making the whole Windows Transparent instead of just the top.*Stick Out Tongue Transparent window won't go away windows 11 :p

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
