Windows 10: tree missing from quick access

Hi all, Okay, I just got a new laptop for Christmas, and am working on getting it set up. Configuration wise, I think it's pretty much there, but I can't seem to access my data. I'm having two seemingly related issues: 1. On my old laptop, I made frequent use of the tree that was next to the list of folders in Quick Access. Most of my files were stored locally, but I had a few Word documents saved to One Drive, and that made it handy to go back and forth between the two, as well as when I plugged a flash drive or external hard drive in. On the new laptop, this tree is nowhere to be found. 2. I

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
