Windows 10: Tribez

Every time I try to purchase gems or anything else it tells me I already own this

Tribez.

Win10-Tribez is not listed under account/s-download/updates section so can not update. Tried wsreset.exe and nothing happened

Any suggestion/s is appreciated. Thanks

Please reply, did you checking for updates via Windows store?



If haven’t tried, follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type Store and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Click on the User account icon located at the top right corner of the page and select
  Downloads and Updates.
  
• 
  Wait for the updates to be shown on the screen and check if
  Tribez and Castlez gets updates.
