Windows 10: Tried all solutions but stills says no input devices found

In settings, under sound, for audio inputs it says "No Input Devices Found" I've tried solutions online, but none of them seem to work. It also seems as if I can only use devices that are paired, such as with bluetooth. At first I suspected that my microphone port was damaged or dirty, but even my pc's built in microphone doesn't show up.

Unfortunately, that did not work. There is something listed under the sound now in the device manager and that says it is functioning, but i still have no sound and it states there are no input and output devices.

We want to know more about the issue that you're experiencing. Please provide us the following information:

• What USB input device are connected to your tablet when this issue with the touch screen is happening?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix this issue?
• Have you tried using your device without the USB input device?

Diamond ATI 3870 512MB GDDR4 Need your help!!

I tried every steps ...but still shows same result. Probably RMA the card by the end of this week if no solution. Any suggestion video card? I wanna a medium performace and quiet and not very hot card!
