    Tried to do full reset but stops at 64% on desktop


    I did a full reset using windows reset PC and it stopped at 64% and keeps boot looping...Please help me fix I'm not sure what my windows key is as I bought my computer brand new in 2018 I've never had this issue prior to Windows update

    We want to know more information regarding this issue so that we can find out what causes your update to get stuck at 64%. Please provide us the following information:

    • Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?
    • What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • How are you upgrading your operating system?
