    Tried to factory reset Windows 10 but it gets stuck at 63% and blue screens BSOD


    SYSTEM.SERVICE.EXCEPTON was the error code. I was doing a factory reset because my computer was slowing down and freezing frequently. The issue is it doesn't work and I don't know why, probably corrupted files but sfc /scannow doesn't do the job and when i try the DISM command it BSOD. I'm stuck with this issue and I don't know how to fix it...

    To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

    • When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?
    • Are you able to see Windows 10 logo when you switch on the computer?
