Tried to remove old device from my account. sold it a while ago and tried numerous times. Also changed passwords and account associated. Really appreciate any help thank you very much

Thanks for the tip. This does not resolve the issue to remove the unused/old device from Microsoft account. My old device is still in the list of devices in my account. That old device is already gone for recycle ages ago. So I need to see old device
to disappear from the list of devices. Got it?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
