    Tried to Uninstall S mode from my Windows home, but each time it tells me to try again.


    I’ve done all the updating and troubleshooting. I don’t know what I’m missing to get it turned off.

    Cannot uninstall Free Sound Recorder v10.7.1 Type 32 bit HELP!

    I have an HP laptop with Windows 10 installed Version number 1903 and I think it is 64 bit. I installed the above program 2 months ago and I want to uninstall it.
    I tried the many suggestions provided here:
    Uninstall and Remove Free Sound Recorder 8.2.3 Step by Step
    except the last suggestion but none of them worked.
    The last suggestion tells you to download a third party uninstaller and tells you to click on a link which I do not know I can trust. I have however tried installing Revo uninstaller 2.1.0 free version and even this program could not uninstall the program. The message is always the same

    C\Program Files(86x)\Free Sound Recorder\unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot uninstall.

    Will installing bitdefender antivirus program get rid of it?
    PLEASE HELP.

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
    • Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?

    Tried to Uninstall S mode from my Windows home, but each time it tells me to try again.

    How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

    I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

    Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

    Any suggestions? *Confused Tried to Uninstall S mode from my Windows home, but each time it tells me to try again. :confused:
