Windows 10: Tried updating Windows 11 to the 23h2, the install stopped at 35% now I cannot access the...

My PC Specsrocessor: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K Processor 8x 3.60GHz/12MB L3 CacheMotherboard: MSI MAG Z390 TOMAHAWKMemory: 16 GB [8 GB X2] DDR4-3000 Memory ModuleVideo Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER - 4GB GDDR6I tried to update Windows 11 to the 23h2:The install stopped at 35% and restarted.Windows Update gave me an install error.My ethernet was disconnected and the DHCP service cannot be restarted.My Windows Firewall was disabled and it cannot be restarted. I have tried sfc /scannow. I contacted support chat and even the "Advanced" support didn't know how to even roll back

Updating to Windows 11 23H2

If you have 'Get the latest updates as soon...' switch On in Windows update page then turn that Off and try Check for updates

to see if W.U. find 23H2 as advised in this thread.
