Help i need help I noticed i got virus because someone said there is real solara exploit roblox I believed and downloaded solara and i was confused why is there real two server in discord when i joined i saw news in the real solara server said do not join other solara it was scam/virus i realized i downloaded a virus solara i was trying how to delete virus in google and i tried windows defender offline and only just go recovery mode then I restarted my laptop and tried windows defender offline and still boots to recovery mode i wanna delete virus because it makes my system slower and laggin

Win10 Anniversary - Defender offline scan starting goes to recovery mode

Hello,

I just have a weird comportement of the included defender offline scan option that is the anniversary update.

Every time I try to do the offline scan via the button in the defender parameters, the pc reboots and instead of starting the offline scan, it shows up the windows recovery tools window.

To further assist you with your concern with Windows Defender, follow the steps below:

• Open the Run window by pressing Window + R button.
• Then type services.msc and hit "Enter".
  
• Look for Windows defender service in the list and right click on it and select start.
• Once Windows defender is opened try to do the offline scan on that window.
