Upon redeeming a game code, the license of that game will be stored to the Microsoft account used in redeeming the code. To reinstall the game, you'll need to sign in to the Store app using the Microsoft account that owns the game license. To do so, kindly
perform the following steps:

• Launch the Store app.
• Select the profile icon.
  
  

• Select My Library.

• Locate your game in the list of available downloads, and then select the download icon to the right. Once your game has been reinstalled, it will be available in the list of apps.

I understand how you feel at the moment. I would suggest you to shut down the computer, unplug all the Cables and connect it to the proper jack on the computer and the TV. Then start the computer and TV together and check if the
display is back.

Thank you for the follow up. If you still cannot get the Zune software to launch on the Windows 8 machine after trying all of the above there are only a couple things to consider.

• Review this article that discusses some additional things to try for this error code,
  
  http://support.xbox.com/en-US/music-and-video/zune/errors/error-code-c00d11d2. Be sure you try all of the suggestions including the "Winsock.dll" steps at the very bottom of the page.
• Use the Windows 7 machine for syncing your phone.
• Consider a reinstall of your Windows 8 operating system. We would suggest you contact a computer specialist before doing this to ensure your current content is safe.
  
• Contact a computer specialist to have the PC looked at. There may be some operating system corruption that needs to be fixed for the Zune software to work properly.
