Windows 10: Trogan virus

Discus and support Trogan virus in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I need help removing the Trojan Virus from my laptop computer. I am very computer illiterate.     Trogan Virus

    Windows Defender found a Trogan :win32/DynamerLac when I ran a full scan 2 days ago, the scan took all day to run, and found the virus, named the virus, said it was a game HP, had on my computer, called Fate the Cursed Kingdom, but said they had removed
    the virus, next day I did another full scan, got this very same message again, so this time I chose Quarantine , this took to run the full scan, and the Quarantine from 8am until 12pm. Is this all normal for Windows Defender to be so slow, plus , I would
    hope Defender removed it, but now I am not for sure, and I am confused as to why the first day Defender said they removed it , then I found it again on the second day, I ran the scan again. Why?

    Trogan Virus on Win 10

    I have a trogan virus on my new computer, operating on Win 10 and I need help. I don't know why it got past the Windows Defender and now I am wondering if I should install an AntiMalware Free to the remove the program.

    What's the difference between Defender and AntiMalware? If I need an AntiMalware, which one is compatible with Windows?

    i have installed Spybot-Search and Destroy. does a very complete scan of your entire system. it is free, they will accept donations. Spybot will clean up any type of virus and prevent any more to access your system. The alternative malware removal would
    be Malwarebytes, which isn't quite as thorough as Spybot,
