    Trojan.Agent/Gen-Kryptik come verificare ed eliminare questo Trojan?


    Usando il prodotto SuperAntiSpyware il file F:\Windows\Syswow64\shutdown.exe mi viene segnalato come Trojan.Agent/Gen-Kryptik e non si riesce ad eliminarlo anche dopo il restart del pc suggerito dal programma stesso. Altri prodotti come KasperskyInternet Security, Malwarebytes o Pc Repair non rilevano questo Trojan. Come posso verificare con certezza che si tratti effettivamente di un Trojan? e in caso positivo come si può riuscire ad eliminarlo definitivamente? Grazie.

    Win32Agent is a very generic trojan name. The same name covers many different trojans. So MrW, your problem could be completely unrelated to Jimmy's.
