Windows 10: trojan has me blocked in everyway cant reset pc

trojan has me blocked i thought i was reset my pc but rather than that it was doing a restart of a previous scan or reset, it not actually even doing the reset . or when i go to mrt tool it was a previous version that it already had been into and beat so it wont be detected so instewad of runnunig scan it uses previous versions

One more time, looking for help on this. I go through the extensive list of steps above, including running script, adaware, cleaner and emisoft. No problems noted. I make sure the temp file and WD Service files are empty. I shut down the computer. In the morning I start up and a notification says WD has blocked wacatack trojan. The time listed is the time I shut down.

Anyone?
