Windows 10: trojan infecting my pc

Hi there! I have downloaded a file from the internet through Microsoft edge and the browser warned me of containing malicious programs, but as I needed it I have downloaded it by disabling the Windows Real-time protection. I tried to remove it through Windows security scan and also tried hitman pro software. I thought the trojan was terminated, but after few hours I saw the file still intact. I tried to delete the files directly, but windows pops up with an error 0x80004002. It also says that the deletion process is being stopped by some other program. The windows security scan

I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

Help PC infected with a Trojan

Hello my PC is infected with Trojan. I attempted to use malwarebytes, and it cannot find the threat.

I tried a factory reset, and it seems to be back every time it finishes the proccess.

They application files are -

idle-threads.exe

semaphore-threads.exe

latch-threads.exe

I know for certain the first one is the trojan, the other two seem suspicious help would be appreciated.
