Windows 10: Trojan is on my pc but not?

My antimalware is having a problem, or is it an actual problem? Well, I like to run a quick scan when I download things which usually nothing shows up, but this time a Trojan was flagged on my pc in a file which I located and deleted. Afterwards, I checked another scan yet the Trojan still pops up even though the location it tells me it's in literally doesn't exist on my pc. Should I be worried about this or is the antimalware wrong?

One more time, looking for help on this. I go through the extensive list of steps above, including running script, adaware, cleaner and emisoft. No problems noted. I make sure the temp file and WD Service files are empty. I shut down the computer. In the morning I start up and a notification says WD has blocked wacatack trojan. The time listed is the time I shut down.

Anyone?
