Windows 10: Trojan messed with my laptop

    Trojan messed with my laptop


    Hello, I had a trojan (generickdz.58908) on my laptop that has been messing with my laptop a lot. I think I managed to get rid of it partially. But everytime I try to reset or do any changes on it the system reboots. What I get when this happens is:

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    Error: dxgkrnl.sys

    I runned different antivirus and scanners but they don't detect anything wrong.

    Is there something that I can do?
