Windows 10: Trojan Occamy

I just bought my first custom PC, and I think the seller might've infected it with a Trojan. When I checked Windows Defender threat history, it says that it detected Trojan:Win31/Occamy.C. It marks it as Remediation Incomplete, and the affected item is F:\Office\Utilities\Act.exe. The problem is I don't have any drives that start with F only C and D. I downloaded Bitdefender and ran a full scan, and it resolved one problem. Is there still a Trojan in my PC, or has Bitdefender managed to remove it? Is there anything else I should do?

Virus Trojan:32/Wacatac.DC!ml not completely remediated on Windows PC

One more time, looking for help on this. I go through the extensive list of steps above, including running script, adaware, cleaner and emisoft. No problems noted. I make sure the temp file and WD Service files are empty. I shut down the computer. In the morning I start up and a notification says WD has blocked wacatack trojan. The time listed is the time I shut down.

Anyone?

Windows Defender is not getting rid of the Trojans. Does anyone have suggestions?
