Windows 10: Trojan or not ?

Discus and support Trojan or not ? in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; ntuser.rhk seem to record the history of the user logon and every search dun over the internet.     Trojan or not ?


    ntuser.rhk seem to record the history of the user logon and every search dun over the internet.

    I used every anti-virus tool, junk ware, adware tool not one can detect it as a computer virus or Trojan, worm, back door etc.

    Too me not a virus but part of Metadata collection tool all the ISP providers are required to record for future police request and investigations.
