    Trojan:Script/Foretype.A!ml found in .dat files 9times in 30 min


    In the last 35 minutes, this virus is going from file to file Windows Defender has detected. Some are labeled 1440.dat, 1441.dat now id is 722 and 723, 964 and 965


    HELP.

    I am running MSERT on the Local folder.

    I tried as per suggested steps, unfortunalty does not help.



    I think it is Windows OS Limitation to have tile update on every 30 mins.

    need some help opening a .dat file.....

    I don't know if will help, but I noticed in a thread someone (@chefsuccess.com) mentioned, that, you need to use the restore to import the file.

    I don't use the software, so, I have no idea on the steps/procedure.
