Windows 10: Trojan was quarantined but does not show in Protection History. help please?

I did a Windows security scan after a connected machine had a BSOD probably recent KB5029351 and 331 issues . the trojan Wacatac.B!ml was found and I quarantined it. However, there is no record of it in Protection History so I can't follow up with deleting it, nor can I send it to Sophos for analysis. I also can't see it via explorer as it says I don't have permssions, but I'm the only user.. I was also running a Sophos scan at the same time but it finished before the Windows scan and didn't report anything so should not have deleted it. Can anyone help please?Thanks,

Trojan in Allowed Items and Quarantines

Windows Defender detected a Trojan Virus on a full scan. When I reviewed the history it indicated that the Trojan was in "allowed threats" as well as in "quarantined threats." How could that happen? How can I find out if the virus was removed?

Recurrent trojan, HTML/Phish quarantined by Windows Defender, and don't have active option/button to remove as suggested.

There is a way to remove a quarantined

item, but it is kind of hidden.

I had a Defender notification of a trojan over the

weekend and found it under Virus & Threat

Protection, then under Current Threats/History.

If there is something quarantined there will

be a Remove option.

 

Trojan in Allowed Items and Quarantines

When it was detected and in quarantined items, I deleted it as suggested. Once I deleted it from there, it disappeared from the history in both quarantined and allowed threats. I since downloaded Malwarebytes and ran it. MB detected 600 instances of (x86)PackageTracer_69\...,
quarantined them and removed them.
