Windows 10: Trouble conveting images to jpegs

Hi. I'm having great difficulty in converting image files over to jpgs. I did have success in locating some of my Windows Spotlight Images from my C-Drive. First, I sorted all of the Windows Spotlight Images in descending order & only copied those images that were 500KB & larger. With those copied images, I went into my Pictures folder, created a new folder & named the folder, 'New Spotlight Images'. Once I opened that folder New Spotlight Images I pasted all of the copied Windows Spotlight Images into that folder. Now here is where I ran into a problem. According to the i

I'm all for a new image format, but suggesting we should move off JPEG just because it's old, is downright silly. Here's what other knowledgeable guy say about JPEG: next generation video [interlude]: Daala update 20141223

And at this point, displacing JPEG will be as easy as displacing IPv4, JS or HTTP.

If you have a jpeg 2000 file format it will not work with Internet Explorer due to incompatibility or security reasons.

We suggests that you try the steps below:

Method 1: Reset zones to default

• On Internet explorer > Go to Tools.
• Click Security > Click on Reset all zones to default level

Method 2:

• Go to the website you want to upload the files.
• Click on Tools drop down.
• Choose Compatibility View Settings > Then add the website.
• Refresh the page and try to upload the files again.
