No 5G Internet speed on 5G PHONE hotspot

I have 5G Internet in my phone and I wish to use 5G internet on my pc but when I did speed test speed is only 30-40MBPS whereas its 400-500MBPS on my phone . I have an external USB wifi adapter . Can I get directions on how can I use 5G internet on my pc using my phone's Hotspot.
