Windows 10: Trouble installing KB5014023 Code 0x8007000d

I received several updates today namely KB5013887 NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 and NVIDIA - Display - Driver 30.0.15.1252 which installed fine and KB2267602 Security Intelligence Update for Win Defender Antivirus. I also got a Optional Cumulative Update KB5014023 which failed to install......see below.I have tried to install this update numerous times and I get the same thing as above. I ran SFC w/ no errors. I have ran all three DISM's with no problems. I have reset Windows update which I felt if anything was wrong with that I would not have received my other updates with this. I also tried to i

Error code: (0x8007000d)

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
