Windows 10: Trouble Installing Win 10 after Resetting PC

Hi,

I don't really know that much about computers so I am sort of stuck here. My PC has been really slow lately so I decided to just completely reset it. After it reset and restarted to install windows 10 again, it went through the standard setup. I got all the way to network settings, connected to my wifi and then while still under network setup, it gave me this: "Something went wrong - but you can try again" and then has OOBEEULA in yellow letters underneath and then a TRY AGAIN button at the bottom, I've pressed the button multiple times, I have shut my PC off entirely and turned it back on again. I googled it and even directly from Microsoft's website and a few others I checked, the main solution was to press try again and shut off the computer and if you turn it back on it would just continue as normal? I've tried everything I am capable of doing but I'm at a loss and don't know what else to try. My PC also doesn't have a wifi card and I have an USB Wifi adapter to connect to internet, I I that out and tried to install it again without internet but still had no luck. Again I don't know much about computers so if this is an obvious fix I apologize. Thanks.

Trouble installing Win 10 with maxwell card and dell monitor

I finally managed to get around this step by using onboard vga, but it was weird as the resolution was the same but this step was skipped. Maybe because of many hard resets and kicks...

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
