Windows 10: Trouble logging in Windows 11

Good day,I have trouble logging into my laptop and I swear I know my password but all attempts have failed thus far. I recently changed my password to login.I changed my microsoft account's password multiple times thinking it would work, however, my laptop hasn't accepted the new password even though it works on my phone.I think I might be on a local account but I have no clue anymore. I have seen "the reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to" so many times today and trying to go with the reset password option only tells me, "thus feature requires removable media,

Log In trouble Windows 11

When starting up my PC, all of a sudden this week, I have been unable to type my password to Log in. The keyboard will not work.

I have to click on the "Accessibility" icon guy and undo Filter keys. Then the keyboard will work.

What happened??

Did I bump something, or is this the new Windows 11 way to log in? It is pesky and another step that seems unnecessary.

How do I permanently fix this issue so that my keyboard works, and I can log in with my password?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
