Windows 10: Trouble logging into Microsoft Office

I have been using Microsoft office for at least 5 years now and yesterday it would not let me access excel and acts like I no longer have an active account. Can you please help me resolve this issue?*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Problem Activating Office 2019

You can save a few steps and do this

1. Go to this page: Microsoft 365
2. Log in with your Microsoft account
3. Enter your Office product key
4. Use the link given to download Office 2019
5. install Office 2019

I used this method for both of my copies of Office 2019

BTW, Microsoft Toolkit 2.71 says this:

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Type “Programs and Features” in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if Microsoft Office application is listed in the list of installed applications.
• If it is listed, then navigate to This PC>Local disc (C>Windows.old.
• Check if the Office application is present there.
• If still not found, then suggest you to install the application using the installation media.
