Windows 10: Trouble moving Win 11 Pro license from old notebook to new

I have an issue moving my Win11 Pro license from an old notebook to the new one. I have deregistered on the old notebook using the cmd method, slmgr /upk, I even deleted the device from my Microsoft account and yet, I cannot activate on the new notebook, I have asked MS to call me but no one has, it's been a frustrating few days. Also, when I troubleshoot, I select the option "I recently changed hardware" it brings up another screen showing my previous device still registered and activated, how can I resolve this issue? Please can someone give me guidance or an answer?

Move win 10 Pro license to new laptop

Hello, I have an older laptop that is running Win 10 Pro (the PRO part was an upgrade to Win 10 home purchased on Windows store). The laptop is not feeling well and I believe it is time to replace it. Will I be able to move the PRO license from the old laptop to the new laptop (which will be Win 11). The new laptop does not have the option of getting it with Win 11 Pro.

Upgrade new PC Win 11 Home to Pro. Old PC has Win 10 Pro digital license

I have new PC with Win 11 Home. I also have old PC which has Win 10 Pro digital license. Based on some forum, I have already removed license key from old laptop. When I try to upgrade Win 11 home to Pro, it asks for license key which I don't have.

Any help/guidance is appreciated.

Moving W10 pro license from old machine to new

I have an old laptop with W10 pro retail license. I want to move to a new PC to which I did a fresh download of W10 pro and have used it un-activated for a while. Now I want to upgrade to 11 but want to activate W10 on new computer (and deactivate on old laptop) before the upgrade. My new computer does not show linked to my account, so Iam stymied on how to proceed. Thanks
