    Trouble printing Office 365 documents on Windows 10 Pro with HP LaserJet 4000


    Wondering if anyone has a fix for Office 365 docs not printing on HP LaserJets?


    The laptop with the problem is an HP Elitebook running Windows 10 Pro.


    The other laptop, a Lenovo running Windows 10 Home, prints Office documents just fine.


    Do you suppose it's a driver problem on the Elitebook? Or.......???


    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Office 365 not printing

    I upgraded a Toshiba laptop from Windows 10 Home to PRO. At that point all the software in Office 365 stopped printing. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestion with no result. Adobe reader and Note will print. the Printer is a HP Officejet 8610
    and I am using the wireless connection to the printer. Everything works but Office 365

    Trouble printing Office 365 documents on Windows 10 Pro with HP LaserJet 4000

    Not printing office documents after upgrading to windows 10

    After upgrading to windows 10, my printer (HP color LaserJet pro M452dn) doesn't print Microsoft office documents from my account. Prints all other documents. It works with no issues from a different account on the same computer. I tried reinstalling the
    driver and all other stuff suggested by HP printer site. Looks like some user settings or temp files on my account is preventing me from printing office documents.

    -Created a new account on the same computer. Printing without any issues from the new account.

    -Changing UAC setting has no effect.

    -Removed and reinstalled driver from HP website a couple of times. No luck.

    -Removed and reinstalled office 365. No luck.

    -Printing pdf and files other than Microsoft office files or pdf created from word without any problem.

    -Other windows computers connected to this printer prints without any problem

    -No error messages.

    -Windows troubleshoot is useless

    -'Print test page' prints a test page.

    Looking for help.
