Windows 10: Trouble reinstalling Microsoft Store

Hello everyone, I recently needed to install Microsoft Whiteboard for work, however I need to get it through Store, which my PC doesn't have. This PC has a window reset done once by a local computer shop, and i havent been needing to use Microsoft Store until now. It doesn't show up when I search for it, nor popping up when I click on the install button on the webpage.I have tried following a few guides only to no avail. It said that i need a new app to open ms-windows-store. I have also discovered that my powershell was missing, so i install a new one from the internet, version 7.0.1. To whic

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.
