Windows 10: Trouble shoot option blocked by "Get Help"

    Trouble shoot option blocked by "Get Help"


    I have audio equipment that often conflicts and drops my Bose speakers from my audio list.


    If I hit the trouble shoot button it would fix it every time, no big deal.

    Now however If i hit the troubleshoot button it denies it and opens Get help instead.


    So my question is, is there a way to disable "Get help" and restore the basic trouble shooter?



    I am sick of get help and I want it gone : /

    I need to get a new product key but trouble shooting doesnt appear on the options

    I need to get a new product key because the computer was given to me and I don't know how to get one. when I asked the virtual agent it suggested trouble shooting but it doesn't appear on the options. Any tips?
