Windows 10: Trouble using my windows 10

My laptop is not charging. Once I disconnect the charger it switches off. When the charger is plugged in it shows that it's 94% charged. Previously I have been using it for hours when fully charged. I have tried uninstalling the battery drivers and it's not working. Tried troubleshooting it's not working still.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
