Windows 10: Trouble while resetting my HP Omen series laptop

I recently tried to factory reset by deleting all the memory but during the windows 10 reinstallation it got stuck at 64% and got stuck in a restart loop. After this, I reboot it in the troubleshoot mode and went for the factory reset option. Now there has been a blank screen for almost an hour. This is my only laptop and there is no disk insertion space or a recovery option. Please help me
